TraceCore - MRP for Food & Pharma Manufacturing

June 1, 2026

TraceCore is an on-premise MRP system for Food & Pharma manufacturers, with native LOT traceability, production planning, warehouse operations, sales workflows, and GMP-ready audit trails.

TraceCore is an MRP system for Food & Pharma manufacturers that need full control over production, warehouse, and sales operations. It is built for teams that run batch-based production, need reliable LOT traceability, and cannot depend on spreadsheets as their operating system.

What it does

TraceCore connects the core surfaces of a manufacturing company in one system: production, warehouse, and sales operations. The production layer covers production lines, recipes, production tasks, production reports, material consumption, production schedules, and demand forecasts.

The warehouse layer manages locations, stock items, expiration dates, component orders, inventory audits, suppliers, carriers, and CMR workflows. The sales operations layer handles customers, quotes, price lists, tax rates, and customer orders, so commercial work stays connected to the real state of production and inventory.

Why it matters

Food & Pharma manufacturers live and die by traceability, documentation, and operational discipline. Spreadsheets break the moment a team needs to connect a supplier LOT, a recipe, a production task, consumed materials, expiration dates, customer orders, and shipment documents. TraceCore gives operators, production managers, warehouse teams, and sales teams one shared system for the work that has to be correct before an audit, a recall, or a delayed shipment exposes the gaps.

Built on Open Mercato

Open Mercato gave TraceCore the secure enterprise core that a system like this needs from day one. Auth, API structure, roles, multi-tenancy, and the application architecture were already designed for AI-native enterprise software, so the team did not have to rebuild the foundation before solving the domain problem.

That meant TraceCore could start with 80% done and focus the remaining work on the Food & Pharma operating layer. The custom modules were built on top of Open Mercato for production lines, recipes, production tasks, material consumption, warehouse locations, stock items, expiration dates, component orders, inventory audits, suppliers, carriers, CMR, customers, quotes, price lists, tax rates, and customer orders.

Open Mercato let the team modify nothing, extend everything, and keep the product on-premise for customers who need full control over their data, production logic, and compliance workflows.
